I learned how to knit probably 10+ years ago and I did a ton of projects and knew how to do almost every stitch. Well, I haven't knitted in like 5 years but I work with the Young Women in my ward and I though it would be to teach them how to knit. Some of them took to it right away and loved it and are doing crazy knitting projects already. Some of the other ladies that I work with in the Young Women's wanted to learn also, so I taught them and they loved it. I decided it might be fun to take a class up at Gardner Village with one of the ladies who I taught to knit. We had so much fun and we learned how to make this cute beanie. I think I have rekindled my love for knitting after this class! This hat is obviously meant for Avery but she refuses to wear it, so Jack had to be my little model. I think I will make him one next without the flower. I also really want to learn how to crochet just so I can make those cute crocheted flowers.
