We woke up to a gorgeous warm day (warm for northern California) and we headed to Moonstone beach. It's a local beach with large rocks that the kids jumped off of and the most gorgeous lush green mountains surrounding the ocean. It is probably the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Not my favorite beach because it was kinda chilly but definitely the most beautiful. Jack loved jumping off the rocks into the water and Avery and the little boys loved climbing the huge boulders surrounding the beach. Sadie put her feet in the ocean for the first time and loved playing in the sand. A huge cloud of mist rolled in and it was cool to feel that it was warmer then the air. Landon and I and Sadie lounged around and loved watching the older kids play Harry Potter. They would dive behind boulders and cast pretend spells at eachother. It was pretty cute. After the beach we all headed home to the hot tub and warm baths. It was such a great day!
