We decided to spend the day at the zoo on labor day. We haven't been in over a year so the kids really loved seeing all the animals. Avery would have liked to take her time and enjoy looking at the animals but Jack would take one look at an animal and move right along to the next one. It was kinda lame because half of the park was closed. They are redoing some stuff so a lot of the cool animals we couldn't see. The kids really enjoyed the carousel, the park and the little train though. Avery said her favorite animal was the giraffe and Jack liked the gorillas.
