We had such a fun time at Alpine Days this year! Landon, my dad, my brother CJ, and sister Mary Alice started off the day by running the 5k. They all had a good time running together. After the 5k the kids did the toddler trot which is a little race around the block. Jack ran the whole way and Mary Alice and I carried Avery the whole way... They had fun though and they each got a ribbon and giant sucker for participating. I think we are going to make those two races a yearly tradition! After the races we went home to my parent's house and had a gourmet breakfast! My mom went all out and the food was delish!
We ran into some friends before the race and we had to get a picture of the cute runners.
Jack was stretching out before the race...he was so excited!
After breakfast we all went to the parade. My kids freaked out about the loud noises as usual, but they eventually warmed up to the parade and actually sat and watched it.
After the parade the kids went and played on some fun bounce houses and had a blast! Alpine Days did not disappoint!
