Oh this girl...she is such a joy!

She is a funny little thing and Landon and I crack up at the silly things she says. Some of my favorite things she says are:

"Oh my gosh!"

"Sorry about that..."

"I didn't mean it..."

"Oh, you scared me!"

"Don't pop your gum!"

I love how she calls Jack "Jackie"

She is my little side kick. There is rarely a time she is not with me helping me clean, make dinner, get ready etc. My mom is seriously my best friend and I always dreamed of having a daughter so that I could have that same bond that my mom and I have. I hope Avery will always be my little side kick and that we will always be best buddies.

She is so friendly! Almost everywhere we go like the park or a football game she always finds a little friend to play with. A few weeks ago we were at a neighbors football game and the second we got there she was off with some older kids. They were playing follow the leader, making trains, building grass piles, feeding some horses, and playing tag. She rarely came to say hi to Landon and I but one time she ran past us and we were waving at her and she looked at us like we were annoying parents. It was pretty funny! She is one social girl!

She is super girly. She loves having her nails painted.

She loves dress ups and princesses.

She loves stuffed animals and baby dolls.

She loves having her hair brushed and back scratched.

She loves water coloring and painting.

She has not been the best sleeper. For the last little while she has actually been waking up 3 or 4 times a night! We finally had enough and decided to see if a reward would keep her in her bed at night. I made a sticker chart and if she stayed in her bed all night she got a sticker. If she got 10 stickers she would get a pillow pet (her idea...) It totally worked! I couldn't believe it was that easy! Now every night she says "mom, I won't get out of bed." She's not perfect yet, she has her good nights and bad but we will take any good nights we can get!

She started a little dance class and LOVES it! She is a little shy at the beginning of every class but about half way through she warms up and really gets into dancing! Her favorite is the chicken dance and when she gets home she is flapping her wings and shaking her booty non stop! It's pretty cute.
