Sugar Cookies
Cream together:
1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
Beat in:
1 egg
Add:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
mix until blended
chill dough 3-4 hours
roll out dough and cut into fun shapes
bake for 8-10 min at 350.
Frosting
melt 2 tbls. butter
Add:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbls. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon juice
combine ingredients and add food coloring
