Jack is 9! So crazy! He is one good dude. A little bit about Jack at 9. He is one busy bee. He goes from school to basketball practice then comes home and finishes his homework and practices piano almost everyday. Now he has baseball so twice a week he also has to fit a baseball game in. Saturday he usually has 2 or three basketball games and sometimes a baseball practice! Haha! So crazy but he does it all in stride. He LOVES to be busy and thrives off of having a schedule so it works really well for him. He gets right to work and hardly complains. Love this about him.
He is really starting to get into reading the Book of Mormon. He loves to study the scriptures with me and it is one of my favorite times. He still loves to bare his testimony on fast Sunday. He has been good about really trying to feel the spirit first prompt him to bare his testimony instead of just baring his testimony whenever he feels like it. It's been a good thing for him.
He has an appliance in his mouth that is helping expand his jaw. He got my cursed cross/under bite so he will need a lot of orthodontic work done. He will also have to start wearing head gear at night!
In his (rare) spare time he loves to play computer games, play basketball outside and read. He is really good at entertaining himself and imagines himself being in the NBA when he plays basketball in our driveway.
On his birthday we had a fun little family party with cake, ice cream and presents. He also had a basketball game and his team won the whole tournament they were playing in. Such a great birthday gift!
