Landon turns 32 on February 16th! I made this fun heart out of pictures from different times of his life. It was fun and he loved it. He wanted to go swimming with the kids on his birthday then we ended the night with homemade banana cream pie which is his favorite. We love celebrating Landon.
We were going stir crazy one day and HAD to get out of the house. I think the weather was above the 30's so we thought it would be warm enough to head to the park haha! It was pretty cold and there was still snow everywhere but we had fun. My favorite moment of the night was when Miles and Owen were walking around in the snow and Owen was stumbling. Miles was a little ways ahead and turned around to face Owen and said "Owen, I made big footprints for you so you won't fall. Follow my footprints." I about melted. These two can be pretty hard together but sometimes they get along great and I have hope for their future of being best friends!
Jack finished all 7 Harry Potter books! Wow! He is such a stud! He loved every minute of reading the books and I think he read of few of them twice!
We were all so excited to go to the Provo City Center Temple open house. We made a fun outing of it and checked the kids out of school. The temple was so beautiful! It took my breath away all the details and fabrics and pictures. It was incredible to think that this building was once a pile of burning bricks. So crazy what they can do.
Haircut time. Owen had his first real haircut at cookie cutters and he did so good! He barely had any hair to cut haha but he still needed a little trim. They both looked to cute after a fresh haircut.
Another day, another park. Miles and Owen love going to the park. This particular day we had the whole park to ourselves for about 45 minutes! It was awesome! It was warm enough for tee shirts, shorts and bare feet.
We started swimming lessons for the little boys a few months ago and it has been a hit! They both went from hating the water to loving the water in a matter of a few short lessons! Miles can dive off the diving board, swim the whole length of the pool, float on his back, dive for diving rings and go down the slide all by himself! It has been so fun to watch his progress!
