Fun with Family

We were lucky enough to host Jeff and Nicole and their two kids who came to visit from Atlanta. We had non stop fun and long late nights!  It was exhausting but so fun and so worth it! Avery and Miles loved Scott and Susannah.  Miles and Scott are only a few weeks apart so it was fun to watch them play together. They had kind of a love/hate relationship but mostly love :) Avery was a huge help with Susannah who is a year old.  She was good to play with her and help her down stairs.  We went on fun outings during the day and then we would stay up late playing scum and eating yummy food. Nicole was my running partner.  We would go running early in the mornings and one morning we went to the temple.  It was so fun having her as a buddy!  I wish they lived closer. 

 The one bad thing that happened right before they got here was that the air conditioner broke!  We kept going back and forth with the air conditioning people and finally got it fixed a week later.  The whole time we had family in town though it was broken!  I felt so bad!  It got up to 86 degrees inside the house some days.  The last couple of days all the kids started to get sick with hand foot and mouth disease. I think 3 of my kids and both of Jeff and Nicole's kids got it!  It was bad!
