We hosted our first Thanksgiving this year and loved every second of it. It was a very small group of Landon's family and our family but it was just perfect. We made our first turkey which turned out surprisingly well and I was able to manage all the different dishes and timing of the meal just right. We had our traditional veggie plate, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole (my fav), turkey, rolls, green beans, salad, stuffing, and three different kinds of pies. It was heaven. A holiday centered around food and thanksgiving is my kind of holiday!
