We LOVE Alpine Days around here. We look forward to it all year long. This year we tried to do as much as we could! We started the festivities off with a fun luau at the park. The kids got leis and we watched some hula dancers. The next day we had fun at the foam party. The Lone Peak Fire department came with their giant hoses and shot foam all over the place! Miles thought it was awesome. We started going to the rodeo a few years ago and we love it! The kids get really into it. Jack loves to do the cash cow. The cash cow is cash glued all over little calves and the kids run around and pull money off. Haha! So funny! The little boys also got to do the toddler trot. We joined up with my sister and her kids and they all got to run around the block. Jack wasn't supposed to do it but he ran around the block as fast as he could and was the first kid to get to the finish line. It was pretty funny seeing him run so hard when it was only meant for kids ages 3-5. After the toddler trot we went over to my parent's house and my mom had made the yummiest breakfast. Later we dropped the older three kids off to be in the parade. Our ward put together a cute float and all the primary kids got to ride in it. It was so fun to see them in the parade. We ended the day by spending almost the whole day at the carnival. It was awesome!
