4th of July

We took our annual 4th of July pictures on the front porch with everyone decked out in red, white and blue. These pictures are my favorite! After we were done Jack and Landon headed out to Jack's baseball game which was all the way out in West Jordan. The other kids and I made our way slowly to the game but first we stopped at Kneaders and had some lunch. The kids were loving the flag sugar cookies. We got to the game and it was HOT! We cooled off with slushies and otter pops. I thought it was a fun way to celebrate the 4th though. What is more american then baseball and snow cones. Sadly Jack's team lost but we were quickly cheered up because we were headed to Cowabunga Bay! We had a blast at Cowabunga Bay as usual and ended the fun with Snoasis and fire works with our neighbors. My kids are deathly afraid of fireworks so we had little dinky ones and sparklers but it was just perfect. I made the yummiest strawberry bundt cake with white chocolate ganache. It was so good (the pictures don't do it justice!) It was a great way to end our 4th of July festivities!
